Process

Below are the example of transaction process of payment that the buyer deal with via maybank2U and FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

1. First, the buyer needs to use internet explorer to complete the transaction and the Pop-up blocker must be turn off.

2. Request any TAC (Transaction Authorized Code) code for internet payment from the buyer’s respective bank. * TAC code is a unique 6-digit computer- generated code that acts as a security measure to confirm certain transactions online.*

3. After the buyers make their purchases at Crafio.com.my, the buyers need to select their payment method by selecting Maybank2u.

4. After that, the buyers will be directed to secure payment page as follows and the buyers are required to click the Pay by FPX button. (Refer Figure 1)


5. Buyers required reading the FPX’s Terms and conditioning before key-in their email address. Then, the buyers will select Maybank2u at the drop down list and click the submit button. (Figure 2)

6. The buyer will then be brought to the Maybank2u Login page. (Figure3)


7. The buyers need to key in their username and their passwords before proceeding to the next steps.

8. After the buyers key in their data, the total amount of their orders will be shown.

9. The buyers are required to key in their TAC code and click the confirm button. The payment will be processed and the buyers will be directed back to crafio.com.my. To check their order status, they can simply click the Account Maintenance button which will bring them to the details of their order. (Figure 4)
