Management of Maybanyk2u system to the Maybank
Managing customer’s registration:
- Providing an Online Banking Service Website on www.Maybank2u.com
- Customer will be able to get a new, fast, convenient and safe banking experience.
- Registration and non-financial services are available for 24-hours as long as customers have their PC and internet connection.
Managing security:
- Maybany2u has employed the latest internet security technologies such as encryption, password and other security measures to ensure safety and confidentiality of customer’s transactions.
- Some of the measures for customer’s security are:
- Preventing unauthorized access, users are required to key in an 8-digit Access number and selected Maybank2u PIN for initial logon.
- A selected username and password are required for subsequent access.
Managing customer’s limit of transactions per day:
This system limit the transaction of a customer with a maximum amount for bill payments per day which is RM5000.00
Managing customer’s satisfaction:
- Customer satisfaction is very important to keep the Maybank system ran based on customer needs.
- Handling complaint:
- Complaint/feedbacks submitted by verbal or written (preferably). Documents may be enclosed related to the complaint.
- Acknowledge complaint by 24 hours upon receipt.
- Normally require three (3) to 14 business days to resolve from the date of receipt.
- If a complaint requires complex investigations or extensive research, customer will be notified and the timeframe will be extended. Customer will be kept informed of the status of his/her complaint from time to time.
