Management of Maybanyk2u system to the Maybank
Managing customer’s registration:
  • Providing an Online Banking Service Website on www.Maybank2u.com
  • Customer will be able to get a new, fast, convenient and safe banking experience.
  • Registration and non-financial services are available for 24-hours as long as customers have their PC and internet connection.
Managing security:
  • Maybany2u has employed the latest internet security technologies such as encryption, password and other security measures to ensure safety and confidentiality of customer’s transactions.
  • Some of the measures for customer’s security are:
  1. Preventing unauthorized access, users are required to key in an 8-digit Access number and selected Maybank2u PIN for initial logon.
  2. A selected username and password are required for subsequent access.
Managing customer’s limit of transactions per day:
This system limit the transaction of a customer with a maximum amount for bill payments per day which is RM5000.00
Managing customer’s satisfaction:
  • Customer satisfaction is very important to keep the Maybank system ran based on customer needs.
  • Handling complaint:
  1. Complaint/feedbacks submitted by verbal or written (preferably). Documents may be enclosed related to the complaint.
  2. Acknowledge complaint by 24 hours upon receipt.
  3. Normally require three (3) to 14 business days to resolve from the date of receipt.
  4. If a complaint requires complex investigations or extensive research, customer will be notified and the timeframe will be extended. Customer will be kept informed of the status of his/her complaint from time to time.
